Pranayam — The Art of Reversing the Inner State

Pranayama works by influencing our emotional state through deliberate control of the breath. Instead of focusing on the emotion itself, we regulate our breathing and align it with the pattern associated with a state of well-being. Gradually, the breath guides the mind, helping the emotional state return to balance and supporting our overall well-being.
